The images can only be used free of charge in connection with tourism topics about the region and Vorarlberg by tourism service providers from the region. A transfer to third parties is not permitted. Any commercial use (e.g. for books, calendars, postcards or other product advertising outside the tourism industry) is not permitted or requires a separate agreement and a written agreement (further information from Dornbirn Tourismus & Stadtmarketing GmbH). In the case of publications, the name of the photographer and the copyright (e.g. Matthias Rhomberg / Dornbirn Tourismus & Stadtmarketing GmbH) are mandatory. In the case of non-compliance, the photographer has the right to charge a usage fee.
