Ostermarkt in Dornbirn: Tradition and Delight in the Parish Park
Amidst the popular weekly market, the Ostermarkt invites visitors to a cheerful spring stroll on Saturday, April 12, from 8 AM to 1 PM. Our dedicated weekly market vendors offer a variety of delicious treats for Easter baskets and the traditional Easter brunch. At the same time, around 30 exhibitors will showcase a wide range of practical and beautiful products in the Parish Park. From 9 AM to 1 PM, guests can participate in traditional palm bouquet binding and crafting wooden rattles, while the band "LOU" provides a lively musical atmosphere.
For a traditionally set Easter brunch table, the weekly market vendors offer a selection of high-quality, regional specialties. Those looking for ideas for a well-filled Easter basket will find plenty of inspiration at the Ostermarkt, held alongside the weekly market in the inviting setting of the Parish Park. From 9 AM to 1 PM, visitors of all ages are welcome at the church entrance. In collaboration with the St. Martin Parish, children and the young at heart can create their own palm bouquets and build traditional wooden rattles.
The Ostermarkt will be accompanied by the music of "LOU" – a young band from Vorarlberg, captivating audiences with passion and creativity. With imaginative interpretations of well-known covers as well as their own compositions, they deliver an energetic and engaging performance.
