Alpe Weißenfluh

There are several idyllic hiking destinations in the mountains of the Alpine foothills - the Weißenfluh Alpe ranks right up there with them. Happy cows in the pasture, an incredible panorama, the silence of an alpine meadow and the scent of herbs - there are few reasons to go back down into the valley once you have reached it, the traditional alpine inn. The food is genuine and simple, soups, Brettljause, Moscht, cheese and bacon. Cakes are home-baked. However, the Kässpätzle with potato salad (on advance order) should not be missed.
